Mindful Miss K - Supporting Self-Regulation Through Mindfulness and Movement

 

Michelle Kiernozek is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher In Delmar New York who supports children and teens in building self-regulation, emotional resilience, and confidence through OT-informed yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic movement. Her work is holistic, play-based, inclusive, and developmentally responsive, creating a non-competitive environment that meets each child where they are and empowers them with lifelong tools for mental and physical well-being. She offers group classes, one-on-one sessions and family coaching, in Delmar NY.
